VAN HALEN ANNOUNCES 2015 NORTH AMERICAN TOUR DATES
Van Halen has set tour dates for the summer beginning with their July 5 show in Seattle, Washington, and it has also been announced that the band will play Jimmy Kimmel Live on March 30 which will be taking place on Hollywood Boulevard. While it will span across that night’s telecast and the next night’s telecast, it’s is incredibly the group’s first major TV appearance with singer David Lee Roth at the helm.
As for the tour dates are currently booked across the U.S., currently coming to a close October 2 in Los Angeles, California at the renowned Hollywood Bowl. Kenny Wayne Shepherd will be the support act on all dates of the tour. Van Halen is currently Roth, Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen, and Wolfgang Van Halen. Tickets for the shows go on sale April 4.
The group is supporting its Tokyo Dome Live In Concert collection, the first live album to feature Roth. It was recorded June 21, 2013 and includes 23 songs spanning all seven of Van Halen’s albums with Roth at the helm and is being released a double CD, four-LP set on 180 gram vinyl and digitally on March 31. Those who pre-order will receive downloads of “Panama,” “Runnin’ With The Devil,” “Jump” and “Hot For Teacher.”
