SWIFT SENTENCED AFTER ATTENDING FUNERAL
D12 rapper Swift was sentenced to 93 days behind bars after missing a court hearing to attend the funeral of fellow D12 member Proof. The Detroit rapper was killed after being shot multiple times in front of a nightclub in Detroit. |
District Court Judge, Brian MacKenzie, issued a bench warrant against Swift last Wednesday when the rapper failed to appear in court for a probation violation. Swift, real name Ondre Moore, tested positive for alcohol although his probation required him to remain free of any drugs or alcohol. Moore missed his court date in order to serve as an honorary pallbearer at Proof’s funeral. |
