Yung Joc released his debut album, New Joc City, earlier this week. The album’s lead single, “It;s Goin Down,” hit Number One last week on the Billboard R&B/ Rap singles chart. Joc explained how he knew the song was hit immediately after he recorded it in August of 2005. The rapper said
