VIOLENCE ERUPTS AT BIGGIE ALBUM RELEASE PARTY

The Notorious B.I.G.’s latest posthumous album, The Notorious B.I.G. Duets: The Final Chapter, was released on Tuesday, December 20th. Sean “Diddy” Combs hosted a party at New York City’s Club Exit to celebrate the release of the album which was attended by Biggie’s mother, Voletta Wallace. Unfortunately the event took a drastic turn aroud 3:00 a.m.

According to authorities, they received a 911 call at 3:10 a.m. stating that gunshots had been fired in a parking garage across the street from the nightclub. Police officers found three wounded men in the parking garage. Shortly thereafter, authorites were summoned to the nightclub were three men had been stabbed. Two of the men were slashed in the face and one was stabbed in the stomach.

All six victims were expected to survive but police aren’t sure if the two incidents were related. No arrests have been made.

The Notorious B.I.G. Duets: The Final Chapter will feature guest appearances by Nelly, Jazze Pha, Jagged Edge, Eminem, Obie Trice, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Jay-Z, Nate Dogg, Fat Joe, Big Pun, Freeway, Redman, Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, Faith Evans, Bobby Valentino, the Game, Jagged Edge, Mary J. Blige, Nas, Mobb Deep, Lil’ Wayne, Akon, Scarface, Juelz Santana, Jim Jones, R. Kelly, T.I., Slim Thug, Korn, Missy Elliott, and Bob Marley.
