VINCE VAUGHN KNEW ANISTON WAS THE ONE

The off-screen relationship between Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston hasn’t been officially announced, but Vince says there is no speculation that she was always his first choice to play his girlfriend in The Break-Up.

“As we were writing the screenplay she was the only person that we had in mind because we wanted someone who was really good at comedy and really funny and she’s the best out there with comedy. We also needed someone who is a great actress which Jennifer is because the movie takes dramatic turns. The other bonus that Jennifer has is she has a genuine quality to her, there’s something about her that makes her very routable. Audiences and just people in general can really connect to Jennifer because she is so genuine. She was really the only choice we had.”
