TWICE MIXING, THRICE DELAYED
Thrice is getting set to release their new album, Vhiessu, which is the follow-up to the critically acclaimed The Artist In The Ambulance. The album was slated for release this month, but the band wasn’t happy with the way it was turning out so it has been pushed back to October. |
Vocalst Dustin Kensrue said that the band decided to take a few more months and get a record that they’re happy with from front to back. |
“We pushed the record back to October 18th now because we really wanted to be there for the mixing. We were trying to do it on the road and it was just not happening the way we wanted to do it. And we weren’t happy last time around. We wanted to be totally sure of everyting and so we pushed it back a little. So, sorry to everybody who was waiting for it, but we’re mixing it when we get home. Everything else is done, everything else is tracked. We’re real happy with it.” |
Thrice is currently mixing in the studio, but they’ll be out October 4 to start a tour at the House Of Blues in Las Vegas, Nevada. |
