TRILLVILLE MEMBER HIT WITH RAPE CHARGES

Trillville’s Don P was hit with statutory rap charges last month after he was accused of having sex with a sixteen year-old girl during a house party in December. SOHH.com reports that Don P, whose real name is Donnell Prince, was charged with rape and two counts of aggravated sodomy when he turned himself into police on January 30th.

According to authorities, Don P and a group of eight to ten people were at the Woodcrest Walk Apartment complex in Lithonia, GA. During the December 16th party, the 23 year-old rapper and another man allegedly took the underage girl into a bedroom. After leaving the party, the girl called the police but everyone had left the party by the time the authorities arrived. Police are still looking for the second man.

Don P’s lawyer, Keith Adams, said that the sexual encounter was consensual and he is disputing claims that the girl was underage.
