TRICK TRICK WANTS TO HELP WITH ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS
Detroit-based rapper Trick Trick recently released the second single, “Attitude Adjustment” featuring Jazze Pha, from his major label debut album, The People Vs. The rapper is hoping the new single will help jump start sales of his album which have been sluggish despite a lead single featuring Eminem. |
Trick Trick may be a new artist to some but the rapper has been releasing music independently in Detroit since the 90s. Reccently Trick Trick shared that the movie, Krush Groove, and rap group, Run-DMC, were instrumental in his decision to become a rapper. |
“You know what I’mma tell you. Honest to God. One day, it was Thanksgiving Day whatever year Krush Groove came out and I went to the show with my brother-in-law and his homies. When I seen Run-DMC perform ‘It’s Like That.’ Right then and there I was like, ‘I want to do that. I got to do that right there.’ That was the first day right there. I’ll never forget man cause that performance of ‘It’s Like That’ on Krush Groove still to this day gives me goose bumps.” |
