TREY SONGS SHOOTS TO NUMBER ONE WITH TRIGGA

Trey Songz has debuted at Number One with the release of his new album, Trigga. The collection has sold over 100,000 copies, which is good enough to debut at the top of the Billboard 200 album chart this week. It is also Number One on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop albums chart. The album is propelled by the single “Na Na,” which has been certified Gold for sales of 500,000 copies.

In 2013, Trey Songz, real name Tremaine Neverson made his silver screen debut as “Ryan” in the new version of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise, and at that time he talked about the plot of the movie and how he fits in.

Trey just came from the 20th Anniversary of the Essence festival in New Orleans. Trigga is album Number 6 for Trey Songz, and it follows in the footsteps of Chapter V, which also went Number One upon its release in 2012.
