TIM ALLEN NOT A HARLEY MAN

When middle-aged married friends with children decide to go solo and take a motorcycle trip together, they encounter much more than an escape route in Wild Hogs. The film boasts an ensemble cast featuring Tim Allen, John Travolta, Martin Lawrence and William H. Macy.

Tim is the anal dentist of the crew who gets roped into going on their weekend excursion. He talks about what it was like to get their motor running on a Harley Davidson.

“Especially Bill Macy and I can’t wait to get on the bikes. He’s really taken to this. I’ve ridden bikes before, more sport bikes than English bikes like Triumphs and BSAs but this is the first time in a really long time on a fat boy.”

Tim took a few spills on the Harley which is a lot heavier ride than he was used to.

“We had to do a whole three days of driving real fast and slamming fists. As I told Macy, he and I are were getting so we’re not proficient riders but certainly I know how to ride a Harley. Little bikes I can move around. These are heavy. When they start to go over, they go over. There’s no pulling, once it gets to a certain point of the fulcrum you’re done.”

Wild Hogs opens Friday in theaters.
