THE SOPRANOS GET INTO GAMING BUSINESS
The Sopranos family gets into the gaming business with The Road to Respect video game. |
A great stocking stuffer this year is The Sopranos: The Road to Respect video game for Playstation 2. Television’s most famous family makes their gaming debut featuring voiceover work from key cast members and an original storyline from creator David Chase. |
The game gives fans an opportunity to interact with the show’s mobsters. Christopher played by Michael Imperioli gives advice on how to become a Made Man and talks about about his favorite scene. |
“Take your orders. You know respect the people above you and make a lot of money. Stay alive, that’s probably even more important. Tony Sirico coming to life as a video game, that’s very exciting to me because there’s nobody like Tony Sirico and to see him represented in a game is to me priceless.” |
Tony Sirico aka Paulie Walnuts goes toe to toe with Big Pussy’s illegitimate son Joey LaRocca. |
“Joey seems like an up your ass kid. He always wants to do the best. Anything he can do for Paulie he’s gonna do no matter what it’s gotta be. He tries to imitate Paulie to the point that Paulie berates him and yells at him but kind of likes him, kind of likes him unless he don’t make it for the game.” |
Tony says the object of the game is whether or not Joey falls into Paulie’s good graces or not or will he shame his family name. |
The Sopranos: Road to Respect is rated M for Mature and is available in stores. |
