THE FUGEES MAKE UP TO BREAK UP

The Fugees reunited late last year and were working on a new album that was scheduled for a December release but closes sources to group aren’t sure if they will be able to pull it off. Lauryn Hill hasn’t allegedly re-adjusted herself to group life and her demands are placing a strain on the collective.rn

The group was able to release their first new single in nine years, “Take It Easy,” in September but that may be the end of the new music. Only time will tell.

Calls to Wyclef Jean’s representatives were not returned at press time.

rnLauryn Hill is working on a new solo album and she recently recorded a song, “It Wasn’t You,” with Nas.

The Fugees last release, 1996’s The Score, has sold more than 17 million copies worldwide.
