TERRENCE HOWARD FELT LIKE A FASHIONISTA IN IDLEWILD
(VIDEO) Terrence Howard got to wear some flashy gangster suits in Idlewild and liked it. |
They say the clothes make the man and Terrence Howard proves that starring as a 1930s gangster in Idlewild who gets to wear flashy suits instead of baggy sweats. Terrence says he liked the fashion sense of the character. |
Terrence also enjoyed acting opposite Andre 3000 and Big Boi who came up to his game with little experience. |
“It’s so much better than walking around in sweat suits and saggy pants and all of this. I mean you feel like a man. You feel like you look. It’s like I want to go back to wearing suits again without the pretentiousness. It’s just out of respect for the other God like people that you’re talking to. The fashion is incredible, the hair styles.” |
While shooting Idlewild he hit up Big Boi for some musical advice as Terrence is currently writing the soundtrack for a screenplay he’s written. |
“You know Big Boi and Andre who I’m just completely impressed with the both of them. What they’ve brought as actors is something quite remarkable. Very few people can jump into the Indie 500 having never driven a car before but keep up with the lead runners. The lead runners being Ving and Faizon Love and these cats. I mean I’m impressed with that.” |
