T.I. IS HOPING TO GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL

T.I. is hoping to take his career to the next level next week when he releases his new album, King, on Tuesday, March 28th, and his feature film debut, ATL, on Friday, March 31st. The latest single from King is “What You Know.” The album will feature guest appearances by Jamie Foxx, Young Jeezy, Pharrell Williams, Young Buck, and UGK. T.I.’s big screen debut, ATL, also stars OutKast’s Big Boi and Evan Ross. The project was executive-produced by Dallas Austin, whose previous movie credits include Drumline. It was based on Austin and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins’ experiences growing up in Atlanta.

Recently T.I. shared that his hometown of Atlanta has really gotten behind him. He explained,

“Yeah you know what I’m sayin’? You got haters everywhere but for the most part everybody proud, you know, everybody, you what I’m sayin’? They want to see me do good things and better things cause they know the better I do the more I can do for them, you know what I’m sayin’?”
