STORY OF THE YEAR FINDS ROAD REST THIS YEAR?

Story Of The Year is currently out on the road in support of their latest album, In The Wake Of Determination, and their first single “We Don’t Care Anymore.” It’s the band’s second album for their major label home Warner Brothers and Maverick, but they said that they’ll do one thing different this time around.

Story Of The Year had one of the most demanding tour schedules in support of their debut. Vocalist Dan Marsala, with a bandmate cackling in tow, talked about toning it down this go around.

“Yeah, we’re going to try to take at least two to three weeks off in between every tour this time. That way we don’t hate our lives. We’ll see how the record does. Depending on how big it gets maybe we’ll throw some pyro and explosions in there one of these days. I don’t know.”

Story Of The Year is currently on tour in Europe with The Used as part of the European Taste Of Chaos tour. The band then has dates off for the Thanksgiving holdiday before hitting the road in December, winding down the fifteenth in Atlanta, Georgia.
