STAIND GIVING BACK TO FANS AS NYC PREPPED FOR GREATEST HITS

(VIDEO) Staind continue tour while camp readies fan show for inclusion on Greatest Hits

Staind is set to release their Greatest Hits on November 14, and to commemorate they held a fan-only, first-come, first served, show in New York City. The free show was taped for inclusion into the compilation album.

Staind is one of the most fan-friendly bands, having met with fans for free in-stores all along their tour route in support of their last album, Chapter V. Guitarist Mike Mushok explained about going out of their way for fans.

“For us, just trying to give more back more to the fans, like this promo tour that we did, or going out and meeting people. I think there’s things like that that’s kind of like, ‘Hey hang on, here’s a CD.’ We’re going to do more to keep the fans that we have and hopefully gain some more. A good thing that’s come out of it for us is that, at least for us, I think we’re trying to do more to give back to the fans of the band.”

Staind is still on tour, wrapping up dates in Corpus Christi, Texas on October 8.
