R&B singer-songwriter Joe is back with his first album new album in four years. The singer will release his sixth album, Ain’t Nothing Like Me, on April 24th. The album will feature guest appearances by Nas, Fabolous, Young Buck, Tony Yayo, Chamillionaire, and Papoose, with the production of Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Brian Michael Cox, Sean Garrett, Cool & Dre, and Tim & Bob. Joe released his debut album, Everything, in 1993 on Polygram Records. The singer made a label change to Jive Records and released his sophomore platinum album, All That I Am, in 1997. The set included the hits “All The Things (Your Man Won’t Do)” and “Don’t Wanna Be A Player.” Joe released his most successful album, Joe, in 2000. The album sold over three million copies and featured the hits “Stutter” and “I Wanna Now.” The singer’s last two releases were 2001’s Better Days and 2003’s And Then. |
“Just certain things, you know what I mean? When you get to a certain lifestyle that’s so comfortable you learn to appreciate. And I grew up with nothing but what I had I took care of it, you know what I mean? So it kind of trickled over to my lifestyle now. Everything I got, it’s got to be right on point. I had to kick one of my guest out, my cousin and hook his room back up cause he just kinda ran through it. You know what I mean, so yeah that’s what it is.” |
