SHAKIRA PREPARING FOR WORLD TOUR

(VIDEO) Shakira is preparing for her world tour, which will start June 16 in La Coruna, Spain, and she said this might be the last for quite a while..here!

Shakira’s new song with Wyclef Jean, “Hips Don’t Lie,” has reached the top of the pop charts. Now the lovely latin star is focusing on getting her world tour together. The trek starts June 16 at La Coruna, Spain, and it will run through September 26 in Hidalgo, Texas.

Shakira also told us that fans should catch her while they can.

“Well, I’m going to start putting together my tour, my world tour, and before that I’m going to do a couple of trips around the world. There’s some previous comittments established already, but right after that is the tour, basically — and then a sabbatical year which I deserve, so…”

Shakira’s “Hips Don’t Lie,” is found on her Aural Fixation 2 album, and the album has been certified platinum and is racing for double platinum. Meanwhile, complete tour dates can be found at Shakira.com.
