SAMMIE IS BACK AND READY TO RESUME HIS CAREER

Teen R&B vocalist Sammie is back after leaving the recording industry to finish high school. The R&B singer, who released his debut album, From The Bottom To The Top, at the age of 11, has landed a new deal with Dallas Austin’s Rowdy Records.

Sammie will release his self-titled sophomore effort this summer and the project will feature collaborations with Bryan Michael Cox, Jazze Pha, 112’s Daron Jones, Adonis Shopshire and Novel.

“You know Sean Paul like family man, you know what I’m sayin’? I didn’t even know he knew of me. When he came to the video shoot, he was like, ‘I’m glad you coming back. You feel me? Keep grinding. Keep doing your thing. And then he’s kind of that southern voice. He got the little southern slang on his voice real, real good like. He’s just the definition of swagger to me. So to get Sean Paul is a blessing. Shout out to Sean Paul.”
