RZA GETS DERAILED

RZA has been making big bucks in Hollywood as a composer for years. He scored Quentin Tarantino’s KIll Bill: Volume 1 & 2 as well as Ghost Dog and Blade:Trinity. The rapper is now stepping into the spotlight as an actor. He plays the character of Winston in the new movie, Derailed, which opens November 11th.

RZA, who is really excited about the new movie, shared a set story about actor Giancarlo Esposito who portrayed one of Malcom X’s assassins in Spike Lee’s 1992 film, Malcolm X. The rapper said,

“Derailed in theaters November 11th. Jennifer Aniston, Clive Owen, Xzibit, the homey, yeah what up X? Giancarlo Esposito, we don’t talk a lot about him but we got to talk about him because that’s the man that killed Malcolm X. Nah, Nah, nah! That’s funny though when I saw him on the set, I had my brother Big Free with me. My brother Big Free is about 6’5, about 260 pounds, you know what I mean? He came up to Giancarlo and was like, ‘You killed Malcolm X!’ He was like, ‘….’ You know what I mean so yeah he’s a great actor in the movie as well and also The RZA. In theaters November 11th. When you see the movie, watch it, enjoy it, but don’t tell your friends the plot. Don’t tell your friends what happened, let them see it for themselves. And guys it’s a great movie to take your girl to see and girls bring your guys. It will stop them from cheating.”
