RUPERT GRINT TAKES CHARGE IN HARRY POTTER
Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley takes charge in convincing Harry Potter to form an army against the dark Lord Voldemort. |
Rupert Grint has been Harry Potter’s best friend Ron Weasley for five films and finally gets the opportunity in Harry Potter And The Order of The Phoenix to test that friendship when Harry is branded a liar by his fellow wizard mates for claiming Lord Voldemort is back. |
Rupert says it’s a scary time at Hogwarts. |
“I think it’s a lot more of a growing up film. They’re going through much more complicated issues. It’s a quite scary time Hogwarts because Voldemort comes back and no one really knows what’s going on and the Dementors. It’s a lot darker I think.” |
Rupert says Ron has done some growing up himself since Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire and takes control helping Harry form Dumbledore’s army against the dark Lord.< |
“Definitely Ron has done a lot more growing up in this one. I mean in the fourth one he was in a bit of an awkward stage. He was sort of getting jealous and had a bit of girl problems. And this time around he’s a lot more grown up and you definitely notice a much more stronger friendship between them. And he was just really cool.” |
The cast kept their friendship going when they weren’t working in Rupert’s party trailer playing table tennis, shooting pool and watching television. |
