Public Enemy is on the nomination list for the 28th Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony along with NWA, Rush, rnDeep Purple, and others, and last year, the group’s Chuck D was on hand to induct the Beastie Boys, and in the press room he talked about the Hall, the health of Adam Yauch, how BET and other outlets are racsist and ignorant about music history, and goes to bat for local artists, especially on radio.
