RIHANNA SET TO RELEASE SOPHOMORE ALBUM

Marroon 5 is all set to release their new album, It Won’t Be Soon Before Long, on May 22, in what could be the most pressure-filled sophomore effort in history.

R&B singer Rhianna is set to release her sophomore album, A Girl Like Me, on April 11th. The singer recently released the set’s lead single, “S.O.S. (Rescue Me).” The song contains a sample of the 80s’ classic “Tainted Love” by Soft Cell.

The singer’s new single is also featured in a new Nike ad campaign. That’s a major accomplishment for someone who just moved to the United States in 2005. The singer was born and raised in Barbados.

“Beyonce, definitely, I just thought she….Well the first thing I saw was her beauty, how beautiful she was. And then I listened to her music, I loved her music. She’s incredibly talented. I think she’s what every female artists should strive be like you know? Despite all of her success she still remains humble.”
