RIHANNA EXCITED ABOUT NEW TOUR

(VIDEO) Rihanna is excited about headlining her own tour…..

R&B singer Rihanna will be hitting the road in support of her latest album, A Girl Like Me. The set was recently certified gold for sales of 500,000 copies. The singer said,

The latest single from A Girl Like Me is “Unfaithful.” The album’s lead single, “S.O.S.,” hit Number One this year and held the position on the Billboard Hot 100 for several weeks.

“Well actually I’m kicking off my tour on the first of July in San Diego which is a big deal for me because I can’t even imagine myself headlining my own tour. This is my first tour that I’m headlining in America so it’s a big deal for me. It’s going to be a great show. It goes right through July to the beginning of August. Then hopefully I get to go back to Barbados for a few days.”

Jeannie Ortega has been tapped to open for Rihanna.

Rihanna released her gold-certified debut, Music Of The Sun, last year.
