Miami-based rapper Rick Ross recently released a new single, “Push It,” from his debut project, Port of Miami. The new single could be adopted as the rapper’s theme as he’s far from satisfied with his success so far. Ross said, rn

Port of Miami, sold over 187,000 copies its first week in stores to grab the Number One position. The album’s sales were fueled by its smash lead single, “Hustlin’.” The rapper released a remix of the song featuring Jay-Z and Young Jeezy last month.

“I’m working. I’m working man you know what I mean? Number One album, over a million ringtones, you know, the numbers still doing wonderful but I want more. I’m working for more. Triple Cs, Def Jam Records, Slip-N-Slide, Poe Boy all that.”

The set also features the production of Cool & Dre, the Runners, Jazze Pha, DJ Khaled, Big Reese, and Mario Winans with guest spots by Akon, Carol City Cartel, Dre, Lloyd, Rodney, Lil Wayne, J Rock, and Brisco.

The rapper is currently working on a group project with his crew the Carol City Cartel.
