PRETTY RICKY HOOKS UP WITH SEAN PAUL

Pleasure leaves Pretty Ricky to pursue solo career.

R&B foursome Pretty Ricky recently shot the video for their latest single, “Push It Baby (Remix)” featuring Sean Paul. The song is from the group’s gold-certified sophomore album, Late Night Special. The first single from the project was “On the Hotline.”

Group member Baby Blue explained how the group’s new album differs from their debut. He said,

“You got this Pretty Ricky album it’s called Late Night Special. It’s different from all these other artists. Other artists they let the label get involved. They put them in the room with these different producers, different writers, and you end up losing the essence of the artist at the end of the day. So I think that’s what separates us from the other artists. What separates our second album from the first album is because we put our hearts and souls into. We made sure these girls got Pretty Ricky. And you know this just our second album, we got more albums to come.”

In related news, Pretty Ricky, which is comprised of four brothers, has had to deal with rumors that they were breaking up. Baby Blue was quick to shut down the rumors. He said, “First of all, let’s clear up all the rumors. No, your boys ain’t gon’ break up. It ain’t gon happen. All y’all record labels out there trying to put your new groups out, stop lying on Pretty Ricky, baby, ’cause we the number one group in the country, got the number one album in the country, Late Night Special. The ladies love Pretty Ricky.”
