In honor of the tenth anniversary of his death on March 9th, Bad Boy Records is releasing the Notorrious B.I.G. ‘s Greatest Hits. The album features 16 of Notorious B.I.G.’s hits and two previously unreleased songs, “Running Your Mouth” and “Want That Old Thing Back.”

The rapper’s friend and mentor, Sean “Diddy”Combs shared what B.I.G. was like during his induction to VH1 Hip Hop Honors in 2005. Combs said,

“To know BIG was a true blessing. Not only was he a great MC, he was one of the nicest people that you could ever meet. What could I say about BIG? I have a lot fond memories of about B.I.G. but one of the fondest memeories is when we were shooting the video ‘Juicy.’ You could tell that it was a dream come true for him. All rap artists have a dream of making it big but for BIG the definition of making big was to make his mother proud.”
