NICKELBACK SETS ARENA TOUR FOR 2007 WITH 4 MILLION REASONS
Nickelback has mapped out a tour for 2007, and it’s set to hit arenas across the U.S. starting February 20 in Tacoma, Washington. Opening the dates will be Breaking Benjamin and fellow Canadians Three Days Grace. The tour starts February 20th in Tacoma and runs through March 19 in Orlando, Florida. |
Nickelback has been on the road supporting their latest effort All The Right Reasons, and the album currently has a Number One track at Rock radio in “Rockstar” and a Number One at CHR/Top 40 with “Far Away.” The album has sold over four million copies and earlier this year we asked singer Chad Kroeger about the band’s knack to get airplay and sell albums. |
“It’s a blessing for us. We have no complaints from our camp. I’m glad that we get to make music at the end of the day. We just feel really fortunate. There’s so many things we could be doing. The record could have come out and sold four copies, as long as we still get to make music for a living we’re pretty happy.” |
Nickelback will make an appearance at the American Music Awards on November 21st and they’ll be presenting. The band is nominated for three awards: Album of the Year for All The Right Reasons, Best Band or Duo, and Alternative Artist of the Year. |
