NICKELBACK GETS INTO NHL SPIRIT

Nickelback recently released their new album, All The Right Reasons, and the phrase can also apply to the National Hockey League, which is back after a year’s hiatus due to a strike/lockout.

Canada’s favorite sons said they’re psyched to see phenom Sydney Crosby, and Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger was a little bit disappointed that the star is wearing a Pittsburgh Penguins jersey instead of one of his beloved Vancouver Canucks.

“It would have been nice to have Sydney play in Vancouver, but Mr. Crosby has to go where he has to go. We’re just excited that it’s up and running. Nickelback is no stranger to the NHL arena. Aside from playing them on tour, they’ve also took part in skating warm-ups with quite a few NHL teams including the New York Islanders and Detroit Red Wings among others.

Nickelback currently owns the Number One rock and Active rock track with “Photograph.”
