NEYO GEARS UP FOR SUCCESS

With 700,000 shipping orders ready to hit stores, new R&B singer Ne-Yo is set to release his debut album “In My Own Words” on February 28.

The Las Vegas native wrote every track on the album including the top 5 hit single “So Sick.” “I want to reach people’s soul with my lyrics thru whatever vessel God chooses.” Ne-Yo says. No stranger to song writing, Ne-Yo has written songs for Mary J. Blige, B2K, Faith Evans, Musiq, Beyonce, and Mario before his debut. Ne-Yo notes, “i’m kinda two people right now, Ne-Yo the writer is a lil’ older than Ne-Yo the artist.”

In My Own Words” also features production by Brian ‘B-Nasty’ Reid for Drama Family Entertainment, Curtis “Sauce” Wilson for Compound Entertainment, Ervin ‘EP’ Pope for Compound Entertainment, and Ron ‘Neff-U’ Feemstar for Drama Family Entertainment.
