NELLY SETTLES LAWSUIT

Southern Hip-Hop icon T.I is making good shortly before his incarceration, and he talked about visiting kids and what he’s learned from his legal woes.

Nelly has reached a $20,000 settlement with photographer Jerry Livingston, who claimed he was thrown to the side of the stage and stomped out at the MC’s concert April 12.

Livingston claimed he was attacked because Nelly’s bodyguard thought he was videotaping the performance. The photographer suffered a sprained knee and neck and back pain.

Livingston also filed a lawsuit against Arena at Harbor Yard, the venue for the concert along with the company that manages the arena.
