MUSE WORKING ON NEW ALBUM AND RERELEASE HITS STATES
Muse is currently working on the follow-up to Absolution, and although it was the most successful album in the U.S. to date, the band isn’t going to let the record company dictate what the band does creatively. Muse has garnered more headway with each release and the band is hoping the next one is no exception. |
Vocalist/songwriter Matthew Bellamy said that after all these years making music, no one knows better than the band what makes up a good album. |
“We just kind of know that… I think when you’re in a band and you know each other for many years, I think really you know the kind of music you’re able to make, and you can’t really.. I think when someone else tries to tell you what you should be doing, it’s… I think it’s OK to take advice on board, but you can’t…no one can really know the innner workings of your own musicianship better than yourself, like I said.” |
To tide Muse’s new fans gained in the U.S. on Absolution and the subsequent tours in support, the band has re-released Origin Of Symetry in America. The re-release hit stores September 20. |
