“It’s nice to get a chance to meet people up close especially when you’re playing bigger gigs you don’t get a chance to meet anyone and if you do it’s kind of a bit of a panic. But it’s nice to get a chance to meet people here today and hopefully they’re all going to be cool. Yeah, one could hope.” |
Muse have also released a limited edition version of ‘Black Holes and Revelations’ which also includes a DVD featuring their headlining show at the Glastonbury Festival. The Artwork for the regular and limited edition was also designed by the legendary Storm Thorgerson (Pink Floyd & Led Zeppelin). Muse are currently on a world tour in support of ‘Black Holes and Revelations’ and as of press time the tour will extend until December 19th in Belgium. The band will also be headlining this summer’s Reading and Leeds festivals in the UK at the end of August. |
“In terms of pressure we really kind of took ourselves away from all that and that’s one of the reason’s we went to the south of France, to kind of be very away from this sort of management and record company types. We could just sort of be alone and play music for fun again really without any kind of idea of expectation or any kind of deadline. We kind of controlled everything ourselves and in that way we managed to keep ourselves away from that kind of pressure and expectations that concern you when you are in the city.” |
