MIRI BEN ARI INJURED IN CAR CRASH

Hip hop violinist Miri Ben-Ari was injured in a serious car accident on Wednesday, May 23rd. The violinist was set to the hospital for treatment for minor head injuries. The Grammy Award winner was driving her Mercedes C Class 550 in New Jersey when she was hit by a UPS truck from behind.

Ari hit her her head on the dashboard and was ordered to rest for 48 hours by her doctors.

“Truly I don’t think they really understand what I’m doing. And it’s okay because I do my life for me, not for anybody else. They got it when I won the Grammy because it was all over the newspapers in Israel. So they were like, okay she’s doing something good. People are talking about it. I’m the first Israeli to win a Grammy not in classical category.”

In related news, the violinist shared that her parents aren’t exactly sure what she does. Ari said,
