MAROON 5 DVD COMING FOR FANS

Maroon 5 is set to release their DVD, and it’ll be the first collection by the band since the release of their album nearly three years ago. The DVD is titled Maroon 5: Live – Friday the 13th, and it’s a live album/live DVD combo.

The band is somewhat apologetic on having this be the first release since Songs About Jane.

“Yeah, we have a DVD coming out on the 20th of September. It’s just a…kind of extending ourselves to our fans to have something else out since our record has been out for 38 years without any other thing for our fans to latch on to. We wanted to give them something new and anybody else that wants to check it out too.”

Maroon 5 recently participated in the NFL Kick-Off extravaganza this week with Kanye West and Good Charlotte. One can hear new material from singer Adam Levine as he makes a guest cameo on West’s new album, Late Registration.
