LUDACRIS CONTINUES TO LAND QUALITY ROLES

Ludacris continues to land quality roles in Hollywood…..

Rapper and actor Ludacris is one of the stars of the new movie, Fred Claus, which is in theaters now. The rapper will next appear in Guy Ritchie’s new movie, RocknRolla, and he’s just landed a role in a new movie, tentatively titled Game. The action film’s producer Richard Wright said, “Ludacris is in the movie. He’s the intellectual heavy of the movie, in a lot of ways.” The movie is based in the future, when prisoners are implanted with brain microchips and played by other free humans in a mass, multi-player game. The objective of the game, as a free human, is to win 30 games and earn freedom for the prisoner who is being played.

The film’s cast also includes: Gerard Butler, Logan Lerman, Alison Lohman, Kyra Sedgwick and John Leguizamo. The movie is already in production in Albuquerque.

“My character is DJ Donnie. Of course you know the radio station in the North Pole to play the songs or one song which is what’s real funny about my part. But I’m here to motivate the elves. All the elves have to work. I’m here to play the songs and get everybody into good spirits. That’s what music does, it’s about emotion. So you know I’m broadcasting live across the North Pole airwaves, NP-100 to be exact and I’m DJ Donnie. Only of course Vince Vaughan’s character has a problem with me because I keep playing the same song, over and over again, which is ‘Here Comes Santa Claus, which brings comedy to the part and to the movie.”
