Lostprophets have announced a new round of tour dates in conjunction with their new album, Liberation Transmission. The band will kick off with a slate of headlining dates starting August 30 in Fresno, California. Lostprophets will then jump on a tour with HIM starting October 18 in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Lostprophets talked about what their approach will be with Liberation Transmission, live.

“When we were doing it, we made sure we could play everything. And we do. Everything that’s on the record, we recreate live. Because we have Jamie who does the keyboards and anything he needs, he samples and runs through his mac. We run so basically everything that’s on the record we can recreate live.”

Lostprophets Liberation Transmission debuted at Number One in the U.K. and also had a respectable debut in the U.S. The first single from the collection, “Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast)” has been entrenched in the Top 15 of Modern Rock airplay.
