The mystery behind LL Cool J’s perfectly sculpted body will be revealed in a fitness book written by the rapper and his personal trainer David “Scooter” Honig. “LL Cool J’s Platinum Body” will detail his workout regimen as well as tips for readers to attain the ultimate body. |
“This workout program changed my life – both physically and emotionally,” LL Cool J said in a statement. “Now I want to share with others how they can achieve their own personal version of a Platinum Body.” |
Readers will be taken through four fitness levels in the book, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The book was triggered by the many questions regarding Cool J’s workout, body, and even speculation of cosmetic surgery. “To say that LL got his body by a cosmetic surgery is absolutely absurd and I really hate that,” says Honig. “To get in that kind of shape is true to life hard work. LL will be up at 5:45 a.m. for a session. He works hard. He finds the time to work out and he works way harder than the average person.” |
Cool J’s routine includes a combination of proper dieting, cardio, strength conditioning time, and hard work. “LL Cool J’s Platinum Body” is scheduled to hit shelves in January 2007.< |
