Cash Money Records president Lil Wayne and the company’s co-CEO Baby aka Birdman will release a joint album, Like Father, Like Son, in October. Lil Wayne explained,

Lil Wayne is also working on the third installation in his Carter series, Tha Carter III, which will be released later this year.

“Stop Talking!!! Like Father, Like Son, October 10th, that’s what’s really real. “Like My Daddy,” wyeah we got th eother single coming too, with Scott Storch, you know what I mean? It’s crazy.”

In related news, Lil Wayne has launched his own Young Money Entertainment label which will be distributed by Cash Money Records. The first artist on the new label is former No Limit soldier Currency. The rapper recently released the first single, “Where Da Cash At” featuring Lil Wayne and Remy Ma.
