LIL KIM SPREADS LOVE FROM BEHIND BARS
Rapper Lil’ Kim isn’t letting her stint behind bars get her holiday spirits down. Allhiphop.com reports that Lil’ Kim has teamed up with boxer Zab Judah and clothing company Mitchell & Ness to donate toys to underprivileged children in the Philadelphia-area. The toys will be given out on Thursday (December 22nd) to children who are thirteen or younger at the Francis J. Myers Recreation Center. |
Lil’ Kim’s manager Hilary Weston will be stepping in her absence and will help with toy distribution with some assistance from Eddie Magic, Meda Judah, the Fight for Life Foundation, Mothers in Charge, Men United for a Better Philadelphia and others. |
Lil’ Kim is currently serving a year and a day sentence for lying to a grand jury which was investigating a February 2001 shooting outside of New York’s WQHT-FM. Lil’ Kim could have received as much as twenty years behind bars. |
