LIL JON TRIES HIS HAND IN ACTING IN NEW MOVIE

The King Of Crunk, Lil’ Jon, may soon be the king of the big screen as the producer is one of the stars of the new comedy, Date Movie, which hits theaters on February 17th. Date Movie is a parody of the romantic comedy genre of films and includes jabs at Meet The Parents, Wedding Planner, and My Big Fat Greek Wedding. The films cast also includes Eddie Griffin, Carmen Electra, Alyson Hannigan, and Adam Campbell.

Lil’ Jon’s previous screen credits include Soul Plane and the Snoop Dogg-produced straight-to-DVD release, Boss’n Up.

Lil’ Jon’s recording career has been put on hold as he’s involved in a legal battle with his label, TVT Records. The producer has been utilizing his time to develop acts for his BME label which is distributed by the Warner Music Group.
