LENNY ABSOLUT-LY LIKES REMIXES
Lenny Kravitz was on hand in New York City a few days ago for the premiere of the music video for his song, “Breathe,” and also to promote the new genre specific mixes of the song. LUNY Tunes created a Reggaeton mix, Lil’ Louie Vega created a dance/house mix and Eric Roberson created a jazz-inspired, world music flavor mix. |
Kravitz wrote the track specifically for the adult beverage maker, and he said that he was surprised and at times impressed with the remixes. |
“I like it. In a lot of cases I like it better. It’s great to hear something that somebody else hears and you say, ‘Wow, I would have never thought of that.’ Because most of them are completly, completely different — upside down, and I like that.” |
Kravitz just finished wrapping up dates with Aerosmith, and he’s said to be heading into the studio to record a new album. Kravitz recently re-released his Greatest Hits CD and DVD package. |
