Motorhead fans around the world continue to wait patiently for the upcoming documentary “Lemmy” as the iconic bassist and his band are followed around the world bringing the blend of hard rocking music to their die hard legion of fans. The documentary, which was produced and directed by Greg Olliver and Wes Orshoski, also features guest appearances from Dave Grohl, Slash, Mick Jones of The Clash, Steve Vai, Alice Cooper and many other close friends of Lemmy. So as filmmakers continue to follow Lemmy around in his daily life, what are his thoughts as the project continues to linger on? |
Artisan News caught up with Lemmy Kilmister at the Golden God Awards to get an update on the documentary and what his views of the project are. |
“The documentary is really beginning to get on my nerves man. Well because they keep popping up everywhere and filming me you know, doing nothing. I’m sure it’s very valuable footage and all that, artistically saying. But anyway, cheers!” |
Motorhead are currently touring South America for the month of April with dates in Brazil and Columbia. Motorhead fans can also catch the band in June and July performing their usual run of European festival dates. Then after taking a few months off from the road, Lemmy and Motorhead will be touring throughout the month of November in The U.K. |
