LAUREN BITTNER BITES INTO LOVE

(VIDEO) Love Bites star Lauren Bittner talks about relationship beginnings.

Lauren Bittner stars as Katie an independent twenty something looking for Mr. Right in Love Bites, the two and a half minute comedy series from Paul Reiser airing on TBS. Love Bites explores the little things about new relationships. Lauren talks about the best and the worst part of new beginnings.

Love Bites shows Katie and Max going through the challenges of getting to know one another but they had to have met somehow. Lauren agrees that connecting with someone is the hardest part of starting a relationship, but the question is where do you connect?

“The best part of meeting somebody new is you know the unexpected, forgetting what they look like, looking forward to seeing them again. Feeling like they look like a totally different person every time you see them. Wow I didn’t know they looked that way and forgetting what you’re doing and thinking about them and looking forward to seeing them and the hope that goes along with meeting somebody new and suddenly you realize all the things about yourself that you like that this person may bring out or may not bring out. The worst part is the hope because it could not work out and it’s hard to set yourself up for failure you know.”

On tonight’s episode of Love Bites Katie and Max bicker about being too nice. Love Bites airs after Sex and The City on TBS.

“I think the reason people tend to find love or connection in a bar is I think you are actually for once trying to have a good time. I think during the day if you’re running around doing your errands and you’re all stressed out you tend to take out your frustrations on everybody you meet and you’re not really open. But it’s not easy meeting somebody for the first time and I think that’s why this show is so much fun for people because it’s great to actually watch the chaos that ensues once you do meet somebody that you like and you think that it’s gonna be all easy from there but really that’s where it begins.”
