KORN TALKS ABOUT THE RETURN OF DAVID SILVERIA
Korn is still out touring with Slipknot’s Joey Jordison on drums, but they say the door is always open for original drummer David Silveria post sabbatical. |
Korn drummer David Silveria left the band before the making of their latest untitled effort. The album, which debuted at Number Two upon its release, featured the drumming of Terry Bozzio, the former Missing Persons and Frank Zappa drummer. |
Korn is currently on Family Values with Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison, who has filled in admirably for David. Silveria said he was only taking a hiatus from the band, and we asked about his return. |
“Well, we’ll see what happens. We just play it by ear. We’ve always done it. We’ll just give him… When that time comes we’ll get in there and we’ll do what we’ve got to do. Hopefully he’ll be back, and we’ll be rocking again.” |
Korn wraps up Family Values September 2 in Irvine California. Next up for the band will be a string of headline dates starting September 22 and running through October 12. Check Korn.com for more tour date information. |
