KORN STUCK IN TEETH OF SNL AUDIENCE?
Korn appeared on the NBC comedy show Saturday Night Live this past Saturday (November 19) and they performed their brand new hit “Twisted Transistor” and one of their more popular tunes, “Freak On A Leash.” The band is doing a string of appearances to promote their forthcoming album, See You On The Other Side. |
The Bakersfield quartet, minus the recently departed guitarist Head, played one of the most brutal sets the show has ever seen, and the audience wasn’t quite ready for it. |
Korn returned later in the night with a more recognizable and older tune, but the crowd still didn’t know what to make of them. You be the judge. |
Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis recently told MTV that the band was once opposed to TV because bands like Korn didn’t sound good on the TV. Korn’s See You On The Other Side hits stores November 29, and the band’s New York City show on November 29 will be taped for MTV2. |
