KILLERS RECALL COLLEGE REHEARSALS
The Killers have released what looks to be their final single from their Hot Fuss album in “All These Things That I’ve Done.” Well one of the things that they’ve done was utilize the resources of the University of Las Vegas Nevada without school permission. |
Drummer Ronnie Vannucci, with singer Brandon Flowers by his side, recalled their after hours, unauthorized, rehearsals. |
“UNLV had just recently acquired this percussion complex, and I, being a student there, knew how to get in, and we, I was moving house and we practiced in my garage, we didn’t have a place to practice. So, we’d wait for everybody to get off work around 11:30 or midnight and then start practice around 1:30 and just go until morning time. It never bothered anybody. Nobody ever found out.” |
Killers will be performing “All These Things That I’ve Done,” live for the first time on network TV as part of the Tonight show with Jay Leno on October 10. |
