KEENEN IVORY WAYANS MOST GRATIFIED BY LITTLE MAN
Keenen Ivory Wayans began directing films in 1988 with I’m Gonna Git You Sucka and worked his way through the sketch comedy television series In Living Color, A Low Down Dirty Shame, two Scary Movies, and White Chicks. With seven movies under his belt he says Little Man is the most gratifying. |
Keenen’s next directing project is the film version of Homey The Clown, the character performed by Damon Wayans during his stint on In Living Color.rn |
“For me as a director this is probably the most unique film and really called upon all the experiences that I’ve had because I’ve never done a full effects film. But I’ve had effects in all the films that I’ve done. I’ve had to use practical and visuals and directing actors. So all that felt like it was preparation for this particular movie. And I think at the end of it will probably be one of the most gratifying experiences for me.” |
