KANYE WEST TO SCORE MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 3

Kanye West is a busy man these days but when Tom Cruise comes calling everybody drops everything at once. While visiting MTV’s TRL on Tuesday, February 7th, West announced that he’ll be creating the music for the latest installation in the Mission Impossible series.

West explained that initially he turned down the request because he was too busy but after a private meeting with Tom Cruise at a Los Angeles studio, he couldn’t say no.

“This is Kanye West doing an re-enactment of his reaction to eight Grammy nominations. ‘Eight nominations is that the most? I’m tied! John Legend, okay.”

Cruise was one of the many stars including Jay-Z and Paris Hilton, who jammed into the Avalon Hollywood on Monday night to see West’s pre-Grammy performance.

West, who is up for eight awards at tonight’s Grammy Awards, performed an impersonation of himself upon hearing of his Grammy nominations. The rapper said,

Mission Impossible 3 is slated to hit theaters this summer.
