Rapper Kanye West has been sued by DCFS Trust leasing company over a Mercedes Benz vehicle that was leased but never returned.

In Sept. 2002, West’s company Konman Entertainment, Inc. leased a Mercedes G500 for $1,295 per month. Although West personally vowed to pay the lease, it expired in Jan. 2006. The lawsuit claims the vehicle was not returned and payments have stopped.

DCFS Trust is suing West and his company for $53,747.15, the value of the G500 and is also seeking money for back lease payments and late charges.
